Is accommodation included?
The retreat does not include accommodation, travel, or subsistence. We do however have an arrangement with Hotel Saturnia to offer a discounted rate when you book directly.
Can I have a refund if I change my mind?
We understand that plans can sometimes change which might be beyond your control and make it difficult for you to attend. With that in mind we can refund your order for Venice within 72 hours of placing your original order as long as it is at least seven days or more prior to the start of the event. Transaction fees may not be refunded. Outside of this period, no refunds are available unless the event is cancelled.
