shipping policy

Shipping Carriers
You will be given a choice of shipping carriers at checkout based on delivery address, speed, and price. 
 

Shipping Time
All orders are classed as pre-orders and as such will be sent for printing before shipping. Dispatch is expected to take up to 28 business days after your order is placed. We appreciate your patience.
 

Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase. When your order ships, you will receive a dispatch email with tracking number. If you cannot find it, please check your junk, spam, or promotions folder.
 

Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can also find it by logging into your account. If a package is delayed or stuck in transit, we recommend checking with your local post office before contacting us.
 

Shipping Rates
Shipping is based on dimensional weight, local customs and import fees. You will see these calculated at checkout.

Customs & Import Fees
We ship all international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning standard customs duties and import taxes are calculated and paid at checkout. In rare cases, your local customs authority may assess additional fees or local taxes upon arrival, which remain the responsibility of the recipient. This may mean contacting your local post office or customs authority to provide additional information within a specified timeframe. Richard Knight and PSIFX LTD is not liable for any of these payments. We cannot refund shipping or orders if customs holds or rejects your parcel.

 

VAT / Sales Tax
Where required by law, applicable consumer taxes - including Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), and EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) fees - are calculated and fully included in the final price of the item. Please note that our website is strictly a Business-to-Consumer (B2C) platform. Consequently, we are unable to process tax exemptions, accommodate B2B reverse charge invoicing, or accept business tax registration numbers to deduct taxes from your order.
 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels shipped to incorrect addresses. 
 

Lost or Stolen Parcels
All shipments include tracking. If an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, this tracking serves as proof of delivery on our end. If you believe your order was not received, please contact us promptly so we can review the delivery and take appropriate next steps. Refunds or replacements for lost packages will be determined based on the carrier’s tracking information and any supporting evidence.  We encourage customers to ensure they have a secure delivery location. Richard Knight and PSIFX LTD is not responsible for parcels that are misplaced after the delivery is confirmed.
 

Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or because the customer refused to pay import duties, taxes, or fees, any costs incurred by the carrier for the return will be deducted from the refund. In cases where the return fees exceed the order value, no refund will be issued. If a parcel is destroyed, confiscated, or lost by customs authorities, we are unable to issue a refund for the order or shipping costs, as the parcel was successfully delivered to the destination country's customs agency. International customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their country's import policies, duties, and taxes before placing an order. By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge acceptance of these terms.

If a returned parcel arrives without additional carrier fees, we can either refund the original purchase amount (minus the original shipping cost) or resend the parcel at the customer’s expense.
 

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with clear photos. We will do our best to make it right.

Weather, customs, and postal service issues can cause delays, especially during holidays. Thank you for your patience!
