What does The Tower Tarot card mean?
If you read Tarot cards for yourself, I’m sure you’ve had The Tower card jump out at you once or twice.
And I bet you think “Oh no!”
I often talk about one of the biggest ‘Tower Moments’ in my life…
Many years ago, I was working as a psychic and I was very much in the public eye.
The Tower Card Represents A Sudden Change
Sudden change doesn’t have to come from outside events. Sometimes we can create sudden change in our own lives.
And that’s exactly what I did.
One day, I decided I’d had enough. I was tired of having to ‘prove’ my gifts on TV. I was being treated like a performing monkey and quite frankly, I’d had enough of the media.
So, I created my own ‘Tower Moment’
It was a decision that led to a massive upheaval. But that upheaval was necessary so I could release the career that was no longer serving my highest good and get on my true path of fulfilment and service.
Some people put off making changes because they don’t want the upheaval that follows. But it always works out in the end.
And yes, sometimes ‘Tower Moments’ come from outside sources. They can be a job loss, a relationship breakdown or even an unplanned house move.
Although difficult to deal with when they happen, in the end, they always put you on a different path.
I would like you to change how you see The Tower card…
The Tower Tarot Card Is A Card Of Revelation, Not Destruction
The revelation occurs when things settle down. Trust it!
This is how you can help a client if The Tower card shows up in one of their readings:
Ask them about any disruptive situations they’ve been in before and get them to think about what new paths eventually opened up as a result.
Coach them to find out what old belief systems need to be disrupted to lead them to greater success.
Gently ask them to reflect on lessons from the past ‘Tower Moments’ they’ve had, and what lessons this one might hold.
The Tower Tarot Card Offers Change As An Opportunity To Grow
Change can happen at any time, to anyone. You can encourage your client to put some strategies in place to cope with turbulent times until the dust settles.
Perhaps you could teach them a meditation technique, get them to re-evaluate their sleep patterns or suggest they reach out to their friends more often.
Remember if a tower decides to fall, it means that the foundation was never stable.
What can you build in its place?
